John Crider was so wonderful to work with. I have not had good car buying experiences in the past. John made the experience easy and painless. The associate that assisted me, was very knowledgeable on what I needed and he also assisted me with my warranty. So by the time I was done, I did not have to pay anything, which was a blessing. I am a veteran, and he also was a veteran, we talked about being in the military, and we became friends. I loved his personality, and humbleness toward his clients. He made me fill special, and I could trust him to do the right thing any time I come in.

The service rep was very friendly and responsive to my questions. The newly remodeled waiting area was nice, with proper social distancing accommodations provided. The service was completed within a reasonable time frame. A follow up appointment was made to install an option sourced by the parts manager at my convenience.
