The service was completed quickly. Appreciated the text updates. Coming into the department was a little confusing as to is there a line. Kinda confusing and took a long tome

Everyone I talk to was wonderful! The service was lovely! But I did have to wait a really long time. Apparently four people had called into work from the service shop today, so I was waiting for my oil change from 11 until 140. Everyone there was great though!

Very pleasant and prompt. John was very polite and friendly. Shuttle service allowed to return home and get back to working.

I just got a oil change and I was happy with the fact that they completely inspected my vehicle. They advised me of things that I knew already so in my opinion they were very through.

What can I say....Eric set the stage, Jeremy met me at door and Jacob fixed the problems. From start to finish I knew the issues and what was going to take...these “Guys” made it a Great Day at Hare.
