Very professional. Only problem I have had several times .is when you walk in the door ( I needed a new key) .....there were I think 5 or 6 people at their desk. I waited there for some time not knowing whether to approach one of the employees who did not have a customer .... do you stand in the door areas and wait for them to see you or walk over to them? It would be helpful to know the protocol. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Steve Wheat was the best! He got to the vehicle as soon as I pulled in. He listed to what service I needed. He checked my history to see what had been performed & gave me an estimated wait time. He explained all about the customer lounge offerings & texted with updates & additional recommendations. He applied my senior discount. No surprises, no upsells—just honesty & courteous—rare in this industry!
