Service was prompt. Loaner provided. 2 tiny things... tech who used vehicle manual put it back in glove compartment on top of my sunglasses, audio display reads “Mech Error” and no one knows what it means.

Generally happy with the service department but was told a much shorter wait time than I actually had today. 2 1/2 hours instead of 90 min. A check in would have been nice.
