It’s always a pleasant experience. The person walked up to my car and asked what I was in for and quickly checked me in. The wait time wasn’t long and the check out was easy. The only challenge I had was that they rotated my tires but didn’t check my tire pressure so on my out of Hare Honda the tire pressure light came on and I had to turn back in to get it fixed.

Hare always does a good job getting me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and does not try to charge me for services that are not needed.

I had a LOT of work done and your technicians were very helpful in dealing with my concerns about a smell that I detected after the service was done. Your attention to customers concerns is a refreshing change from what I experienced in years past from other auto dealers whose motto was "service is everything" -- they failed miserably to live up to that motto. I firmly believe that this dealership (formally Terry Lee Honda) was the first time in 40+ years that deserved my business. Keep up the great service and car buying experience and you will keep my business.
