My visit was to buy a new Honda Pilot. The staff was very efficient and offered to let me drive the 2025 Pilot. John Crider showed me the cars and I test drove them. John is very professional and I would go to him for next car.

Initial 'lead' call from outsourced company you used... 0/5 stars. I almost didn't come in because the guy was borderline rude on the phone. Description online is NOT what the car actually had and sales manager acted like that doesn't 'lessen the value' of the car. Premium to base model is significantly less. Had to haggle exceedingly long over trade in and car. Levi, in finance, 5/5 stars. Quick, efficient, no BS. Appreciate that approach.

Repairs were identified and car was fixed relatively expeditiously. I came in because of a sudden issue, and they said there was no loaner car, which created a lot of stress with work because I live and work fairly far away. It turned out, once I signed for thousands of dollars in repairs, that there was a loaner car. So it would have really reduced my stress and made me happier with the experience if they had been up front that there was a loaner car but that they don't let people take them until the repairs are committed to.
