John Crider was my salesman he did a wonderful job at listening to what I was looking for and accommodating what I needed. I did not feel pressured to commit to anything I did not want.

Overall experience was outstanding. Easy to schedule, service advisor was extremely professional and the work was done correctly and on time. The only issue was the tire pressure indicator was left on and this is the second straight time after the service was completed. Both times I was halfway home before noticing it and had to return. I was shown how to reset it but I returned because I wasn’t sure if there was a problem. Finally, I believe the pricing structure is a little high. Our other make and model car for the same service at its dealership is at least $20 less.

Took longer than normal to get scheduled..over a week. Loaner cars must be few and far between. Radio is still making a crackle sound. Employees are nice though.
