Excellent service...

As always, the service is excellent. That said, I made an appointment online for B1 service that took 2 hours. I realize there is a pandemic and that they got slammed but I would hope that in the future appointments would be listed more accurately to projected guesstimate. I had time to wait today, but if my wife had been sitting there with young active grandchildren in tow, she would have been livid. Thanks.

The Hare Honda Service writer Nelson was excellent. He kept us informed. The whole customer experience was outstanding

Great service, low stress environment, and trustworthy

Representative Steve Wheat was very professional and courteous. Although I went in for just an oil change, the service mechanic highly recommended other maintenance services which were needed; as I trust them, I did agree to all recommendations, even though it was many hundreds of dollars more. I’ve always been pleased with service there, and only have my car serviced by trained Honda mechanics. I’m confident my upcoming trip will be worry free! John Huser
