Having an appointment at Hare Honda doesn't matter. I arrived on time and am still kept waiting at least 10 minutes. They NEVER have enough service people available to help. I said this on the last survey and nothing seems to change. My service technician, Gerald, was very kind and helpful. He was timely and informative.

I received great customer service and Marco was very knowledgeable. I had the best possible experience I could for buying a new vehicle!

Milton really did make us feel like family. He helped us out during this scary time in life with everything going on. Theo, finance man, was also very helpful and understanding of our needs. I loved this place!!
