Buying experience was great. Saleswoman Karen Bayless was knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Delivery of vehicle was delayed and fixing of problems was disjointed. There was an obvious lack of coherent communication among departments to resolve problems in a timely manner!

Nelson Catalan couldn't have been more professional and friendly. It would be a pleasure to deal with a person like him on all business interactions. The work was completed much more quickly than I thought it would take. The acknowledgement of the Covid virus providing masks and lots of hand sanitizers was greatly appreciated. I was apprehensive about having work done and having to wait but after arriving felt that it was a very safe aware environment . Extremely satisfied with Nelson and Hare Honda!

Nelson is incredible not just today but always. I was having the worst day and got a flat tire. I sat and prayed please let me get no one else besides him because I knew he’d help at least not let it get worse and I was right. He expedited the process with a smile while he was comforting and professional. There is no one who is even close to his excellence there.
