After a very redundant and frustrating online chat and first contact process, Ryan V. And Paul in sales were outstanding! Truly professional, reasonable and no “ funny business” sales tactics. I had done my research and was informed and upfront. I was met with Fair pricing quoted over the phone honored and they answered all my concerns about the CPO (certified preowned) after-purchase process and lack of customerPaperwork. The chai latte machine was a dream while waiting for the car to be cleaned for take home. However, I did not appreciate the Finance dept dropping the ball to skip over me and keep me much longer but sure enough Paul caught it and made my file next in line. He also made sure I had washer fluid even tho I was using it wrong and had plenty!!Whoopsy! It was actually a little fun! Great job guys. Im telling everyone go to HARE Honda!! And when its time, Ill def return here first. TY!
