I could not have had a better experience. I worked with Miguel Vargas at Hare Honda in Avon, Indiana & I rate Miguel as a 20 on a scale of 1-10. Miguel is an absolute treasure I'm so glad I found, my wish is that Miguel be my car salesman for the rest of my life.

Clean waiting area. Good customer service.

Took my car in for an oil change and chose to wait while it was being completed. There were a few ahead of me, so it took close to a couple hours (which I had not noticed until a family member texted asking about lunch). The waiting area was clean and well lit. Wifi connected easily and worked well. The TV's were on, but provided a quiet background noise while I read.

However, it would be helpful If those booking appointments for detailing would inform customers that work may not be completed on that day.
