My experiences with Hare Honda was no terrible. However I will say one of the service agents did not communicate well in the beginning about how diagnosis and warranty works.Overall I will come back they did take care of my car and allowed me to drive a loaner car.

The job was done in a reasonable time as I surveyed the preowned vehicles in the front lot. When I was called to the service desk a few suggestions were made to me to extend the services but I chose to wait until another time and I chose to purchase a part for an easy do-it-yourself replacement. There was no push to have the serviceman do the work and the salesman ordered the part and took me to the parts desk for the purchase. The car was waiting in a convenient area outside to drive off the lot.
