Service technician was professional, prompt, and made extra effort to make sure the work was finished in the time that was promised to me

Mr. Catalan was exceptionally helpful in understanding the problem as I described and was thorough in explanation of what was to happen.

The facility was very clean following all protocols for the pandemic. Service was quick they found and located a tire for my Honda Civic that had a screw and the tire I was very happy with their performance

The service department always does a wonderful job but it is still unclear to me why I have to wait 90 minutes when I have an appointment. That seems like a long wait for an oil change.

Jeremy is always awesome!! I went to pick up my vehicle, Jeremy was busy with another client, and at least 6 employees walked right past me. I waited for 20 mins no one even acknowledged me while they sat at their desk. I love Honda and will never go anywhere else, but this was poor customer service on everyone’s part. Someone could have helped me check out, but they literally ignored me. It was not the Honda experience I am used to

Service advisor was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Work was done earlier than expected. It was great not to have to wait too long for it.
