I was charged for my detailing which was not performed. I was having several things done and I do believe it was genuinely just overlooked by mistake. The problem was resolved although I was a day without my car.

Great customer service by Steve Wheat! Oil change, tire rotation, and brake tandem motor replacement due to recall. Work was completed ahead of schedule, which was a nice bonus!
