Everyone was very efficient, and professional. Overall, great experience.

Brandon was friendly enough, however I felt that he seemed distracted due to your service dept. being extremely busy that morning. My vehicle service (oil change) was completed within 90 minutes as expected even though I added three additional items that were recommended. After I drove away, I was disappointed that my maintenance reminder had not been reset and still showed my oil life at 10%. I hadn’t driven too far from the dealership, but I tried calling before I returned because I thought perhaps your service personnel could talk me through the reset. I couldn’t get through to a service person by phone after calling twice, so I drove back and Brandon reset it for me.

There was scheduling confusion but the service advisor got everything worked out in a great way. Customer service *****

Salesman (Jeffery) was extremely friendly and helpful. Received several emails from management wanting to be sure everything was going well. Car pickup and meeting with Financial manager went very smoothly.

Mike Sheldon was great. Got me in and out of there in about an hour, knew what he was doing, and a nice guy. Would buy from him again. A little annoyed with my experience before I got passed off to Mike with another sales rep as I asked for pictures of the car multiple times throughout the day and did not get them. But that had nothing to do with my experience with Mike and Ill go back to him next time for my car or any one of my family members cars so I give him a 5/5.

Nelson is always great to work with and he always provides excellent service. I’m always very pleased with the service work performed on our cars as well.
