I appreciated how all employees were wearing masks and the dealership was very clean. The salesman listened to me and didn't pressure me to add on and upgrade.

Overall a good experience. I was surprised the car was not washed. This is my first New Honda that was purchased from the dealership. I’d suggest taking care of your customers.

As always your service was superb. My only comment was about the “lender” vehicle you provide. The 2019 fit was one of the worst cars I’ve ever driven. I absolutely love my 2016 Civic coupe. However driving the fit made me question Honda and what it has become if this is a 3 year newer car. It felt and drove like a toy car and felt incredibly unsafe on the freeway. If I wasn’t so attached to my coupe and I was test driving a Honda for the first time the fit would be enough to stop me from ever owning a Honda or Acura. I would very much question whether you are doing yourself a disservice by lending the fit out to clients.

Great service

We always request Steve Wheat. He is always personable, efficient, responsive and keeps us in the loop every step of the way. Steve is a joy to work with and one of the main reasons we keep coming back to Hare Honda in Avon. The service technicians know what they are doing and we have never had any issues with any of the work done there. Steve and his team make needing car repairs/maintenance much less stressful. We know our vehicles are in great hands there.

Honestly, it was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experiences I can remember. No pressure, and my agent was very helpful. I told him what we could do in terms of price and he nailed it. We will definitely be back
