I was very satisfied. I do really enjoy getting a crew carwash coupon, but didn't get one this time. ☹

Everyone was polite and provided me with the info I needed and did the work in a very timely manner. They even offered a rental, but I didn’t need it. Thanks!

Milton helped us with everything we needed. He took really good care of us. He drove us to see the car we were interested in . Milton was very friendly and personable and he always kept us informed with each step of the car buying process. We never got that “felt alone in a big office” type of feeling you get during the financing part of your car purchase. We will be back. And we will send our friends and family your way. I had a very great and professional experience!

Everything was fine except the service tech didn’t check tire pressure. I alerted service provider to my concern prior to service and he said that they check it in multipoint inspection. I noticed no change in pressure on the way home.
