While the service I received this day was better than usual and better than expected, I am still so angry about my last visit I am contemplating purchasing something other than a Honda in the future. Had I not purchased the tires from you, I certainly would not have returned other than to have you honor the warranty. The fact that it was suggested my cabin air filter was due for a change, when I had recently changed it myself, makes it clear that the integrity of the service department is suspect.

Dropped the car off for regular service during COVID - the service dept was quick wore masks, covered the interior of my car, and got me out of the bldg. service took less time than expected. They called me to let me know it was done check out was just as quick and they removed a mouse nest from my blower that was making my heat and A/C sound like a fright train - thank you - great visit
