James steve wheat the service advisor went above the call of duty to make sure all went well in my service needs. You should entertain hiring more like him, because the time before did not go well with the actual service.

Happy with my purchase however advertising a little misleading. I received notification of the vehicle for sale online through my membership with AARP as a way to purchase vehicles without having to go to the dealership. Dealership advertised the availability to "test drive" and "purchase" vehicle from home and have them delivered. That is apparently offered only within a fifteen mile radius of the dealership. I am over 650 miles from the dealership and just getting a promise that the vehicle would be held for me to make the trip was daunting to say the least.

Jeremy was kind. He made me feel valued as a customer by answering questions, acting professional, and enjoying what he is doing.
