Service was just fine . All aspects from reception to checkout were great. One BIG gripe... I have had experience with several Honda service departments and to my knowledge, your service department is the first to add a bill for shop rags etc which represents 7.04% of my charges. I worked in a service station for 6 years while getting my high school and college education and have some experience in the supplies used. Will keep it in mind for future consideration

Both Nelson and the mechanic who worked on my wife’s car explained concerns that were a fix now vs fix later. Estimate 909 Nd bill of 792. Nelson provided a loaner which was great. Been there twice and had great service both times. Definitely returning as the family has 3 Honda’s at the house
