Chris was excellent in showing me all of our options. I went in today expecting the leave with the same car but left with an upgrade. All the staff we talked to were welcoming and in good demeanor despite the craziness of the world currently

Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Left with clean engine and air filters, too!

Happy overall with the experience, especially with all the CoVid stuff going on and how everyone interacted with the customers. Only thing that I would call out as a small negative is I left my car to have them work on it and was picking it up later but didn't get a text message when my car was done. They said they sent the text and called me a few hours later to tell me it was done. I didn't have anything going on today so it was not a problem at all. Just might want to have the texting system looked at. Otherwise very happy with the experience.
