The sales rep we worked with was great. He was very professional and easy to work with. The car we bought is great and we are excited about it. The only negative we experienced was that the car was not cleaned very well. We found the back not vacuumed out and a melted fruit snack and half a chicken tender in the side door pocket. It’s too bad the detail team let down the rest of the dealership.

I was pleased with Steves customer service and prompt attention to my oil change. I think a simple nail in the tire should be patched up for free as I had more work done than that. I understand that is probably policy but the courtesy of small free repair could go a long way. BIG O, Discount tire and other mechanics have done this.
