Great service and quick!

I was pleased with Steves customer service and prompt attention to my oil change. I think a simple nail in the tire should be patched up for free as I had more work done than that. I understand that is probably policy but the courtesy of small free repair could go a long way. BIG O, Discount tire and other mechanics have done this.

I was greeted immediately by service staff who were masked/gloved. (I also had mask/glove) My car seat was then protected with covering. My service was quick and efficient. Everyone was kind and courteous

A few days weeks ago, I started to hear a whining sound in my car, as well as grinding when I pressed the brake pedal. It was starting to make nervous because typically that is a pretty pricey expense. Well Josh to the rescue!! My extended warranty didn’t cover brakes but he found me a $50 coupon that really helped with the price.

Nelson was exceptional. I came in to simply have a scheduled oil change. Found out I needed major work ( timing belt). Grateful the tech caught it before damage was done to my Pilot. Nelson got a loaner immediately for me and work was completed within a day. Wouldnt go anywhere else for service. Thank you Nelson!
