Requested a loaner car on my appointment then they didn’t have any when I got there so I had to sit for a 2 hours when I had other things I needed to do.

The service agent was polite and good, I am just not 100% confident this is a permanent fix since this is the second trip back. Time will tell. It will be a five star rating if the fix is permanent without having to come back.

Great service representative, friendly, helpful and professional. Service work done well. Would highly recommend.
