I appreciate knowing I have a service advisor I can count on. Nelson has always been courteous and helpful whether calling to ask a question or at the time of my appointment. That in itself is reason to come back to Hare! Service is also prompt. It is great knowing that service dept. is open late a few nights a week as I have a 45 minutes drive to Hare Honda.

I was looking for a Honda Ridgeline and stopped by to just look and check the prices on a lightly used Ridgeline and or a new 2020. I was at the farthest point of the parting lot looking at a new 2020 and a lady walked way out there to see, by chance, if I needed any information about the truck I was looking at. I told her what I was wanting and she took time to just stand there and listen to me. I had not completely decided on what I was going to buy but she was genuinely listening to me ramble on. She was not pressuring me at all which was a wonderful thing and exactly why I didn’t go inside first to see what was available. It’s a process that can not be rushed for me. She was exactly the person I needed for this purchase.
