Overall well pleased with the service and experience. The car however was not completely cleaned on the inside when we picked it up.

The customer service representative was very busy, but he treated me with respect and as if I was his top priority. I know that the pandemic has resulted in challenges for businesses, but I felt like they did a great job.

Service was good, the on line process has some bugs. I tried to modify my appointment and it rescheduled me. This required a phone call to fix. All else was fine.

I was able to get oil changed & my tires rotated on my car today. I was there about a hour & a half but there were other people who came in before I did so it wasn't too long in my opinion.

Personal was wonderful. However I am not sure my display problem is completely fixed. I will know more after driving a few more days.
