Everything I asked to be done was taking care of, I was kept informed of the progress.

I came in to Hare Honda about 11:00 am on Monday, March 16. I told Nelson I wanted an oil change and tire rotation and that I would be waiting for my vehicle to get finished. Nelson informed me that it would be a 2-3 hour wait. So I told him to just schedule me an appointment for the next morning. Nelson asked if I would prefer to get it done that day and have a Honda employee take me home to wait while the work was done. That’s what we did and it worked out great for me! Dana dropped me off at home and Matt picked me up a few hours later. I was very happy Nelson suggested this option so I didn’t have to wait another day to get my service done. While I was there, Nelson also told me there was a recall due to be fixed, so that got done as well.
