The job was done in a reasonable time as I surveyed the preowned vehicles in the front lot. When I was called to the service desk a few suggestions were made to me to extend the services but I chose to wait until another time and I chose to purchase a part for an easy do-it-yourself replacement. There was no push to have the serviceman do the work and the salesman ordered the part and took me to the parts desk for the purchase. The car was waiting in a convenient area outside to drive off the lot.

I was not a big fan of car dealership service department in the past. But the service department at hare Honda treated me fairly and very courteously. They have established a good relationship with me and I will be back in the future!
