Had Honda in for "recalls". Representative did a good job of keeping informed as to status of the work being done. In that the work was to take 4/5 hours, he provided a "loaner" vehicle so I could attend a scheduled luncheon.

They were very helpful and determined to get me the car I Wanted! Which is very important because a lot of dealerships are more con concerned about just selling a car. Milton and Marcus we’re fabulous!

I was 2 hours late to my appointment this morning but when I got there Tyler greeted me with a smile by my car. I told him my car needed maintenance (B17) but since I was late, if they could at least get me an oil change. Tyler said they could it get all done with out a problem and it made me very happy to hear that. He also took the time to show me a nasty filter my car had that needed to be change. Overall Tyler was fantastic this morning!!!
