Mike Sheldon was very helpful and listened to exactly what I was requesting. He did not try to oversell me a car and took my budget considerations seriously. I ended up with a car I love.

The service was very good and quick. Only an an hour and 15 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blades replaced. Terry Lee Honda took at least 2 hours if not more, and they would not make appointments. This experience was a pleasant surprise.

The service was wonderful. Jessica was extremely helpful in getting a loaner for us that would safely fit car seats, and made that process super easy. I left something in the loaner vehicle when I returned it, and Julia was very helpful in finding it for me. The people were wonderful! The only reason I would give 4 stars instead of 5 is because we were not told upfront that since my vehicle was dropped off, it would be pushed behind waiting customers and take longer. We would have made different arrangements if we had known that.

Customer service was EXCELLENT. They fixed the problem but took a little extra time due to initially ordering incorrect part.

Recommend sharing records between Honda dealerships. I had spent $1600 for preventive maintenance service in Middletown NY at end of 2019. At Hare quoted roughly $1200 for services, several of the same services.
