The service adviser was very professional, conscientious and provided updates during the service of our vehicle.

Two different cars both with recalls. Once I was there, everything went smoothly. Called and set the appointment for my first vehicle but when I called back to schedule the second car they had my first appointment on the wrong day. When I took my second car in the day of the appointment, they didn’t have me on the schedule. Service was great though.

I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have the shift knob replaced (recall notice). I live about an hour away and was told when I arrive that since I didn’t have an appointment it would probably be a 3-3 1/2 hour wait. Because of the distance I said I was willing to wait, I brought a book! Once my info was taken he was able to work something out and get me in faster! My wait was only about 1 1/2 hours!! Everything that needed to be done, was done. Things that were recommended to be done were explained and handled in a friendly manner. I will not have any problem coming back and I will ask fir the same guy.
