Wait was not good. I had an appointment and my car did not go to the garage until 58 minutes after my appointment time. A simple oil change took 1 hour 45 minutes of my wait time. I hate that. Why make an appointment?

He’s responsive and knowledgeable about so many aspects of the car buying/leasing process, I have a hard time imagining working with any other sales professionals. He peppers the technical information with personal experiences related to Honda vehicles and working with the financial arm of the company - a highly relatable and effective approach.
