We’ve been customers at the Avon location when it was Terry Lee’s facility and have stayed with the transition to Hare. The core reason has been the sales associate with whom we’ve worked - Umer Awan. Umer’s attention to detail related to the cars, Honda’s options and incentives, and to just pure customer service is unparalleled in our experience. He’s responsive and knowledgeable about so many aspects of the car buying/leasing process, I have a hard time imagining working with any other sales professionals. He peppers the technical information with personal experiences related to Honda vehicles and working with the financial arm of the company - a highly relatable and effective approach.
