Got a slow leak on rear tire fixed while my wife and I went out to lunch. Had to wait for a few minutes to get the repair written up, but it was a busy day. No complaints. Repair was covered by road hazard warranty.

Promptly greeted in the service area... that process was completed politely and quickly. Waited in the comfortable waiting area and my car was ready when promised....probably earlier than promised!

I was greeted when I came in. The technician explained the service I needed and gave me an accurate eta. All of my questions were answered satisfactorily. What a service experience should be.
