The service is always excellent. They greet you immediately and tell you how long it’ll take for repairs or servicing. They come to you first if the mechanics find any error that needs fixing before automatically doing it. The lounge is great with the tvs and they have water, coffee, and coke to drink. They answer any questions you have.

Had difficulty getting your scheduling system to accept services required other than an oil change. I needed warranty work completed replace burnt out running lights and had to spend too much time texting your robot back & forth to communicate this request and I still wasn’t confident it was understood.
