I was treated with the utmost respect, professionalism and timelines

Even I had to wait for over 2 hours the experience was positive. Everyone was very polite and the amenities in the waiting room helped.

Nelson was very good about asking what i needed. He then asled if i had a ride home. I told him no and thanks. Asked if i needed to pay ahead l, he said no pay upin completion. Then was taken home. He had said, would call when done. He did. He arranged for a shuttle to puck me up at home and bring me to the site. Courteous shuttle driver. Nelson then greeted me again and i paid the bill. He walked me to my auto, in the driving snow and said thank you and if you need anything just call us. Great experience

Customer Service was great.. I felt very welcome staff explained service well before they proformed service. I gave it a rating of 5 outstanding.

Very good experience with the exception printing the correct coupons for Hare Honda was difficult and I still did not get the correct ones
