Nelson helped me get an issue corrected on my CR-V. He was upfront with me about what was going on, and prompt about getting a rental for me to use while the issue was being taken care of.

Service provided met expectations but the 2 hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation despite setting up an appointment time is very excessive. Next time I will seriously consider taking it to a quick lube place instead.
