The tires look good. Awkward getting in to the service area because of construction I understand but was told the work would take 2-1/2 to 3 hours. Work was complete in6 hours.

I had to wait 3 hrs even though I was scheduled. However, while they were changing differential fluid in rear of CRV, the screw came out wrong and had to be fixed, so they let it sit to make sure the plug would hold. So understood the reason for waiting and glad I was kept informed.
