Customer service was very friendly!

This was my first experience at Honda and it was very good!

I don’t like to be pressured to have additional service done that is not necessary. I told the girl no when I checked in on tire rotation and a cabin filter and when they got the car they sent me a text asking the same thing. By the way all 4 tires were 8 mm and I think $60 for a $19 filter that takes one minute to put in is not good. I have three Honda’s and your service center is the closest to my house. I look forward to better service on my cars, see you soon.

My service representative was awesome. She should have 5 stars. It was just a long wait to get in the door, even though I had an appointment. Also I had called the day before and never received a call back from anyone. The receptionist said she transferred me to a manager.

This was my first time at this location and I was very satisfied with my visit. I will definitely be returning.
