My service representative was awesome. She should have 5 stars. It was just a long wait to get in the door, even though I had an appointment. Also I had called the day before and never received a call back from anyone. The receptionist said she transferred me to a manager.

You should not play fake news media outlets in your waiting area. The CBS news you had on yesterday was spreading lie after lie after lie. People shouldn’t be subjected to having to listen to biased media while they wait for vehicle repairs.
