You redeemed yourselves after my initial visit on Friday, October 25th. At that time, I was ignored for 15 mins after pulling into the reception bay. No one acknowledged my presence or made eye contact. At one point, I counted nine service representatives and still couldn’t get even a nod. I wouldn’t have returned if it weren’t for the simple facts that we leased the car from you and you are the nearest Honda dealer to our home in Greencastle. Like I said, you were good enough, this visit, to recover my business but too many experiences like that will make me drive an extra 30 minutes and take my business elsewhere.

Customer Service Representative was outstanding. Listened well and followed up to ensure everything was taken care of. Really appreciated loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. All in all, could not have had a better experience!

We worked with Chris. She was amazing. Didn’t push us to make any immediate decisions. In the end we chose a Honda Odyssey that we have loved. She continued her amazing service when we had our floor mats put in a couple days later. Wonderful experience.
