It took over 2 hours for a oil change & tire rotation. I realize now I should have scheduled an appointment. Satisfied with the service

I appreciate that they found the time in the service department to take a look at my car and check my air pressure in the tires...but it would have been nice if they had put all the caps back on the valve stems......had to run out and buy some....since Avon is quite a drive for me to go back to ... I have had issues where they don't answer phones or return calls in the service department . People were complaining in the waiting room that it took 2 hours to get an oil change...Sounds like some must needed improvement there is needed. This is my first honda but not wild about the service that is offered there.

My experience with Hare Honda service has been and continues to be consistent and excellent!

Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I was told how long the repair would take, and it was actually completed a bit sooner than the estimate. The waiting lounge was nice, especially considering that they’re completing renovations. All in all a very good experience.
