The service advisor Steve was very professional and answered any questions and concerns I had. Will definitely come back to him for any service needs!

The person I dealt with, Steve did an excellent job. However, your scheduling needs work. I had an appointment last week and when I arrived was informed of at least a 3 hour wait. I couldn't wait that long and I live an hour away. Even yesterday, with an appointment, I waited 2 hours.

Using the n line scheduling is a great idea but I had trouble sending replies. I had an appt at 6:45. I arrive a little early (6:20) and pulled in the service bay ( I was gestured to do so). However, no one acknowledged my presence until 6:37. I realize you’re in the midst of a remodel, so I tried to take that into con. The girl I worked with was great!
