Would have been five stars but after having tires rotated and balanced, a low tire pressure warning light came on immediately after I left causing me to come back in later to have it reset. I blame this more on Honda's tire pressure sensor "technology" which seems a bit wacky to me. It doesn't even measure tire pressure, rather tire revolution speed or some such thing, I was once told. The Chevy Volt I once drove indicated actual tire pressure in each of the four tires so you knew which one was low and when you needed to add air. Why can't all models offer that info so you don't have to walk around and check each tire when the light comes on?

Got me in promptly. Thoroughly checked car. Waiting area was messy. Trash overflowing.

I have brought my car there since 2014 when purchased for yearly oil change and minor repairs and have always been pleased with the service.

With the construction, I had to wait in line approximately 15 minutes to be let inside, because the bay was full of unattended cars waiting to be moved to service.

Hate Honda has always been great to work with us, no matter the need. I had to have a new key fob made. Although the process was going to take about 3 hrs, Hare provided a loaner so I wasn’t stuck waiting or without a vehicle. Thanks again Hare, for quality service

Service was ok even with all the confusion and chaos of construction going on. Everyone was a little unorganized but that is to be expected. 2 to 3 hr wait so would highly recommend dropping off vehicle which I did.
