I was able to set an appointment time and there was someone waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership. The individual that I worked with was very informative and was very friendly. The time that it took to complete the work went very quickly and I was always informed with anything I needed to know. It was a very easy service call. I am very pleased with Hare Honda.

The service was easily a 5-star until I was ready to leave after paying. The service representative said the following as best as I can remember: 1. You’ll be receiving a survey within a week. 2. We are a five-star facility and cannot except anything other than five stars. 3. When you receive the survey, please give us five stars. 4. If you are not going to give us five stars, please throw the survey away and do not fill it out. 5. If you give us anything but five stars, people‘s jobs are on the line and they will be fired. The above request was unacceptable and worthy of a one star rating but I didn’t want to penalize the other workers who did a great job. This type of behavior is really concerning to me and I hope the management at Hare Honda take steps to address these types of actions.

Got taken in early by John. No waiting. John was polite and professional. Answered my questions quickly. Knew answers off top of his head. Good man.
