We just purchased our third Honda Odyssey EXL Van and continue to be very pleased with everything at the dealership. Karen was our salesperson this time & everything went smoothly from the day we first went in to look and then 2 days later when we drove our new 2019 van home. The only issue I had was the wait time. I waited nearly 2 hrs for an oil change even though I had an appointment. I overheard another customer who arrived just before me with no appointment 1 hr and 45 min wait. His car was done 15 min before min. Not quite sure that the appointment system works properly
