Given The construction the service was great. Customer service was excellent. I was kind of sad not to see a lot of new cars on the lot because I’m considering getting a new car and planning for the future .

Service could have been better

I had made an appointment and still had an over 2 hour wait for an oil change because other issues were found but they could not give me a loaner car to use to come back later for my car for just an oil change. Also the construction made it a very loud 2 hour wait. However, my service was great and my service consultant Nelson is so helpful and does a great job explaining everything. Pricing was fair. If rental cars were more available for even simple service times, it would be 5 stars and I am sure the area will be great once construction is complete.

Fast and friendly service for my oil change on Wednesday evening. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment and was greeted with open arms. Thanks Nelson.
