Gary was a good resource for me...I am of the old school that need the service man to come talk to me about developments. Was not prepared for filter and transmission questions so pushed that back till can make a decision.. ..asked if I should make appt prior to coming they made one and then told me it would be 1 1/2 hrs for oil change. Thought honda was faster than that. Disappointed . They did let me use coupons so I was happy about that. Thanks.

Made an appointment for an oil. Change. It was completed in less time than promised and the advisor accepted the discount coupon I found while waiting. Price was very reasonable. However, I didn’t see much difference in the wait time when I did not make an appointment. Does it really take over an hour to change oil only?

Service writer was very good and personable. Wait time was 80% better than last time.

Final bill was not reflective of estimate!

Able to make an appointment quickly and wait was comfortable and as expected.
