Service was very quick. I stated to wait for my oil change and the seating area was very comfortable.

I Had an oil change appt scheduled. I arrived a little early, hoping if available they could get me in sooner. Appointment was set for 9am, 10 I went to check status and was told that the crew was in a meeting but it was in the process of being taken care of. 10:30, I went to check again and was told the same thing but that it was a mandatory meeting. I panicked and let them know I needed to pick my daughter up from school and that I needed to be out of there in the next 20 minutes. I told them I understand but if I couldn’t get my car that I needed to take a loaner and that I needed my daughters car seat out of my car. We all worked together and I was happy to be able to get my daughter picked up on time. Even though I had to make another trip out to return the loaner car, the oil change was compt. I didn’t have to pay for it. I wasn’t expecting that, I was pleased that they offered.

I had a long wait before anyone approved me -25 min. In line. Once they came up to me - everything was put on fast track and I was taken care of.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had by far. Ingar Vanags and his sales associate Allen did a fantastic job from start to finish. The oil change took a very long time. The service rep did not charge me as a result. I was not expecting this and it was very appreciated!
