My experience was excellent. Had to wait awhile although I made an appointment, but it was a Saturday, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable even with the construction doing on. The gentleman that went over my serve report wit me was very nice and informative. I have worked with him before, and he is a pleasure.

Our service was quick and easy. Our customer rep was friendly and helpful.

Everything was done to my satisfaction in a timely manner.

The people at Hare are always polite. My one and only complaint is I don't think a simple oil change should take 2 hours.

Did not tell me they would contact me by cell phone when I was waiting on the lobby. Otherwise service and recommendations were very good.

Even with everything under construction, the service dept had a great attitude. Steve Wheat was especially helpful re necessary service. I always leave Hare Honda knowing my car has been well cared for. There are other Honda serviceu centers closer to me but I drive farther because I know I can trust my car to Steve! Thank you.
